Be Careful What You Wish For

'There is a hole that pierces right through me.'- Euripides, Medea

Hello,
A while back I put in a cosmic order for more blog traffic which was immediately granted. However things started to go wrong from the word go. I was so excited by this unexpected bitty of good luck that I tried to tell everyone on a cosmic ordering forum about it which led to me getting a row in German. I don't know if you've ever had a row in German and it may just be because I don't speak the language but it made me feel really small and quite frightened. Like being shouted at by a maths teacher only worse.

Anyway the increased traffic continued and today has been my highest day ever. I really do hate to seem ungrateful but no-one is coming here to read about me and my pearls of wisdom. They're all after bestladies4u.com.

As long term readers are aware I am obsessed to the point of madness with hits but will all this is a bit of a slap in the face. When I wished for increased traffic what I meant was more fans, not a bunch of creeps looking for mail order brides. It's fair to say that I'm feeling unloved.

It's bloody lonely at the top you know.

Cheerio*

*If anyone is actually reading.

I hope you didn't call the german a Pedo, it seems from all the searches they do they all are pedos, it says they are the most perverted nation in the world on my blog so it must be true.

No I merely included a link to my blog in my comment and he deleted it AND left a scary message with several exclamation marks.

Perhaps I should have offered him a five year old by way of an apology.

Probably because I'm a bog man. Cheers Paddy

Bloody transient traffic! It's all I get these days. It would be nice if they couldn't leave the blog until they had left a comment or something.

Ok, maybe not a good idea.

Related to the 'believe and ye shall receieve school of thought' is 'The Secret' (http://thesecret.tv), recently featured on the Oprah Winfrey show.

The idea behind it is that if visualise something you want, it becomes yours ... also pretty cosmic, eh.
