Hello,
I've been away most of last week which for me is a wonderful thing. I love being 'away'. My latest escape took place in wonderful Port Logan (see snaps above). I really cannot emphasise enough how peaceful, pretty, almost pensive and downright beautiful this part of the world is. Something happens to my bones when I'm there I love it so deeply. I'd be devastated if the place turned into a tourist nightmare but I urge you all to visit at different times. I'm planning a trip back before the end of the month to the botanic gardens for the Logan Plant Fair and a night in the best inn in Scotland. God willing I shall at last get to visit the fish pond which was closed for illness on this trip and rained off on my previous trip.
Cheerio

Shot no2 is fantastic. I kept trying to get a perfect shot of the harbour, but none of them quite came up to what I wanted.
The cows are ace!
