A few tit bits from the ongoing Labour dodgy donations scandal......


I see that Charlie Gordon is refusing to step down as an MSP. Some of you might remember the last time I wrote about Chas on on this blog. His constituents must be relived to be retaining the services of such an exceptional individual.

I've been disturbed by the reaction in some quarters to David Abrahams being Jewish. I put up a page of RSS feeds relating to the ongoing scandal as a lazy means of keep track of things and have been alarmed to note, judging from my search tracker that it appears to have become a magnet for anti-Semites. I don't know what's more alarming their obsession with Jewish conspiracies or their apparent belief that a Jewish conspiracy is likely to be uncovered by typing "Labour controlled by Jews" or "Jewish/Mossad Conspiracy Labour Iraq" into Google. Honestly I despair. A rather sane take on the situation from 'Mad' Mel and another goodie at Pickled Politics.
